Our teams are working on applying the security patches now that they are available.

At this stage, we cannot confirm exactly how long the downtime will last. We will restore access as soon as it is safe to do so and provide updates as further information becomes available.

Our software is temporarily offline as a precautionary security measure in response to a newly announced PHP vulnerability affecting a significant number of websites and software servers. PHP underpins many websites and software worldwide. Here is the official cyber announcement from gov.uk:

We have taken the decision to temporarily suspend access while the necessary security patches are released and applied. Although we have already taken precautionary steps to block vulnerable files, we believe this is the safest approach to protect the security and integrity of our systems and our customers’ data.

At this stage, we cannot confirm exactly how long the downtime will last. It may be a matter of minutes, but it could potentially be an hour or two. We will restore access as soon as it is safe to do so and provide updates as further information becomes available.

We appreciate that this may be disruptive to your working day, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. Thank you for your patience and understanding while we take these precautionary steps.
