We have applied a mitigation to allow emails to reach Microsoft email addresses such as live.com, hotmail.com and outlook.com

Outbound emails for document signing and letters of engagement addressed to recipients with Microsoft hosted email accounts like hotmail.com, outlook.com and live.com are being rejected by Microsoft. Other providers are not experiencing issues. The team are investigating.
